Frequently Asked Questions
How Long Does It Take?
A Reset Detail typically takes 2-3 hours depending on condition. The Protection Detail is around 3-4 hours, and the Preserve Package can take a full day (4-6+ hours).
Do You Need Access To Electricity?
Yes, only power, we have our own water. We only require access to a safe power socket.
What If It Rains?
We work in rain using our own pop-up canopy and still honour the booking.
For polishing or ceramic coatings, we’ll reschedule only if conditions would affect the result.
My Car Is In Really Bad Condition, Is that Extra?
Our prices are "from" prices. If a vehicle has excessive pet hair, mould, or heavily soiled upholstery, we may charge a surcharge to cover the extra time, effort and products required.
We'll always agree this with you before starting & upon discovery.
Can I Change My Package On The Day?
Absolutely. Upon arrival, we inspect the vehicle together. If we think a different package or add-ons are required we can do that to suit your needs better, we'll recommend it, but the choice is always yours.
